With 28 years of dedication to the Cutco brand, Tony Carlston has built a career defined by leadership, innovation, and measurable impact. A top-20 national sales representative from 1999–2001, Tony went on to run one of Cutco’s top five offices in Portland, OR, in 2002 before founding Cutco Closing Gifts, which later merged with Cutco Business Gifts to become what is now known as Cutco Gifting. He currently serves as Cutco Gifting’s primary consultant, helping shape national strategy, training, and program growth.
Tony is also the founder and owner of Branding Tools Inc., a premier engraving and fulfillment company headquartered in Vancouver, WA. Employing 32 team members, Branding Tools engraves the majority of branded Cutco gifts distributed across the United States.
Over his career, Tony has achieved more than $5.7 million in personal Cutco sales and has been instrumental in scaling the Realtor/Lender gifting program to over $200 million in program sales.
Outside of his business pursuits, Tony is passionate about spending time with his family, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, exotic cars, playing piano, Pilates, high-performance motorcycle track riding, and enjoying life with his kids and two smoosh-faced cats, Sophie and Sammie.
